Price Beating Policy


Customer experience is our number 1 priority. Therefore, we ensure customers get the original products and the best possible prices. We go out of our way to ensure the lowest prices for our products. Sometimes, you may find a product to be at a slightly higher price. This may be due to factors beyond our control e.g. shortage of product. Be Rest assured, the slight premium that you may be paying in such a scenario is a special case and enables us to deliver on our promise of quality.

We have a pure Business-to-Consumer model and our ultimate goal is to help our users save money by not spending more than what they should when buying a phone. To avoid fraud and abuse of our pricing policies, our users can buy a maximum of one phone per month. Through this, we aim to protect and benefit our users by avoiding bulk purchases by businesses. Return Policy

Items shipped from buyelectro.pk, including Warehouse, can be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:

The product is different from what was mentioned on the website. A defective/damaged product has been received . In order to help you resolve issues with your product, you must send your product Unboxing Video on our WhatsApp within 24 hours of accepting the product. 0323-8481777

Please Note:
  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged based on the customer's change of mind.
  • It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
  • Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  • The exchange request should be made within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery package.
  • The opening of the company's flyer should be included in the unboxing video.
  • No items from the box should be missing or broken.
  • How to return?
  • If the product complies with all the above-mentioned conditions for return, please contact our customer care with video evidence within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. The second thing you need to do is make sure you do not lose any packaging material that comes with it and ensure that all items in the box are intact. We’ll do the necessary quality check and then proceed with the return.

Warranty Policy
The warranty of products varies based on the product categories.

 

MOBILE PHONES
All the mobile phones sold at buyelectro.pk are backed by a 1-year brand warranty unless specified. Brand warranty is claimable at the authorized warranty center of the brand, anywhere in Pakistan. Therefore, you don’t have to ship the product back to our warehouse or worry about getting it fixed. You can simply walk into your nearest authorized warranty center and you would be facilitated by a trained professional authorized by the brand.

ACCESSORIES

There is no Brand warranty for Ear Buds, Tablets, and Smart Watches unless specified by the brand itself.

Open Parcel Policy


Open Parcel Delivery is an exclusive service of buyelectro.pk which ensures that you only receive what you ordered. Under this special service, our customers are offered to open the packaging of the parcel before payment to our rider to make sure that your desired new phone arrives in its original sealed packaging.

 

Open Parcel Delivery with BuyElectro: How Does It Work?

  • At the time of delivery our Rider will offer the customer to open the package in front of him.
  • Validate the product and confirm the delivery. For pre-paid orders Rider will take customer signature.
  • If the ordered product is missing, damaged, or different from what you have ordered, the rider will take back the package. The refund process will initiated, or the product will be replaced, depending on the customers preference.
  • Customer has to clearly state the reason of return in writing to the rider for a clear understanding by the company.
  • Terms & Conditions: Things to remember
  • PKR 100 is added to your order if you select Open Parcel as your Delivery Method.
  • You can check the condition of the box, the company’s seal and colour mentioned on the pin packed mobile box, but you cannot break seal of the mobile box to check the inner physical appearance, components or the functioning of the product.
  • This service is currently available for the selected cities of Pakistan including Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Karachi only.
  • Your order will be replaced in case the product is deemed not acceptable. To check out our return policy.
  • In case of refund, the refund will be initiated based on the payment option you have opted at the time of ordering the product according to the Buyelectro refund policy.
  • In case you find the device to be defective after turning it on, contact your nearest Service Centre for support as all our products come with 1 year Brand Warranty.
