Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Items shipped from buyElectro can be returnned within 3 Days, for a full refund. Please contact us at hello@buyelectro.pk Or 0319-3532876 to initiate a return.

The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:

-The product is different from the product which you ordered at buyelectro.pk.
-A damaged product has been received.
-In order to help you resolve issues with your product, you must send your product Unboxing Video on our WhatsApp within 24 hours of accepting the product 0319-3532876.

Please Note:
Products cannot be returned or exchanged based on the customer's change of mind.
Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
The exchange request should be made within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery package.
The opening of the company's flyer should be included in the unboxing video.
No items from the box should be missing or broken.

How to return?

If the product complies with all the above-mentioned conditions for return, please contact our customer care with video evidence within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. You need to do is make sure you do not lose any packaging material that comes with it and ensure that all items in the box are intact. We’ll do the necessary quality check and then proceed with the return.

Refund Policy

The refund process is initiated once the customer submits the refund form to the team. The Refund form is shared by our refund team after thoroughly investigating the issue.
